Infant Baptisms

The sacrament of Baptism is normally celebrated on the first Sunday of the month at 3pm.

Please complete a baptism request form and return to the parish office or email to merton@rcaos.org.uk

The Roman Catholic Church requests that children are brought to be baptised as soon as practicable after birth and before they are six months old.
Parents are required to have attended a Baptism preparation session. Please complete the baptism request form and you will be contacted to arrange a date to attend the preparation session.
If you live outside our parish boundary but wish to have your child baptised at St John Fisher, please complete the non domicile form below and arrange for your parish priest to sign it.
